AMP'd UP Images is a small creative studio in St. Louis, Missouri. This page explains in plain language what information we collect when you use our website, forms and services, and what we do with it. Questions? Email getampdimages@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, optional phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, your story or project details, occasion and deadline, and anything else you choose to share.
- Files you upload: photos, documents, reference images, logos, or resumes you add to a form.
- Payment information: payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card number. PayPal tells us that a payment was made, who made it, and how much.
How we use it
- To reply to you, confirm your project and price, and send payment instructions.
- To create, revise and deliver your film, commercial or other project.
- To handle billing, support and record keeping.
- To send you our newsletter, only if you sign up for it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your photos and personal stories
Photos and details you share are used only to make your project. We will not publish your project, photos or story publicly, or use them in our portfolio, without asking you first.
If your story includes other people, such as family members, please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Who else handles your information
We use a few trusted services to run the studio. Each handles information under its own privacy policy:
- Netlify hosts this website and collects and stores the submissions from our contact, newsletter, Brand Spotlight and Dream Weaver forms, including uploaded files.
- Tally collects and stores submissions to some other forms, such as Resume Reels early access.
- PayPal processes payments.
- YouTube plays the videos embedded on our pages.
- AI creative tools that we use to produce your project may process the materials you provide for that purpose.
Cookies
This website does not run advertising or analytics trackers of its own. Embedded services such as YouTube, Tally and PayPal may set their own cookies when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver your project, answer questions and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing getampdimages@gmail.com. We may need to keep basic payment records.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. Please do not submit a form on behalf of a child unless you are their parent or legal guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
